How do I book a training course?
Training courses can be booked online through the academy booking system. Select your course, choose an available date, complete your details and follow the payment steps to secure your place.
How do I book a treatment?
Treatments are booked through the clinic treatment booking system. You can use the “Book Treatment” button on this page to view availability and make a booking.
Do you offer finance or pay later options?
Flexible payment options may be available at checkout through third-party providers such as Klarna or Clearpay. Availability and approval are subject to the payment provider’s eligibility checks.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Perfect Features Aesthetics & Training Academy does not store your full card details on the website.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a training course?
Some training courses may require a deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance and payment due date will be shown during the booking process and inside your student portal.
What happens after I book a course?
After booking, you will receive confirmation by email. You can also access your student portal to view your booking, payment status, receipts and course details.
I am a student. How does the home study or theory step work?
If your course requires online home study or a theory review, you may need to complete this before your deposit or final course place is fully confirmed. Once reviewed, you will receive an update by email.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may depend on the type of booking, payment status and how close the booking is to the course or treatment date.
